How Embroidery Pricing Works

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count (how many stitches it takes to sew your design) and quantity. Most left-chest logos and hat designs fall in the 6,000–15,000 stitch range. Larger placements like jacket backs often require a custom quote.

Stitch count
More detail and larger sizes generally mean more stitches.
Quantity discounts
The more pieces you order with the same design, the lower the per-item price.
Garments are separate
Prices below are for embroidery only. We can supply garments or you can bring your own.
Proof before production
You approve placement and thread colors before we stitch the full order.
Setup fee: $39.95 per new design. Waived when you order 6+ units with the same design.

We keep embroidery moving quickly while still proofing details that matter (placement, thread colors, and sizing). Timelines below assume we have your artwork and garment plan confirmed.

Standard orders
  • Proof: within 1 week
  • Typical turnaround: about 2 weeks (most orders)
  • Pickup in Louisville or shipping available
Rush orders
Rush moves your job to the front of the line after proof approval. Availability depends on the current production queue. Rush fees vary by stitch count and quantity—contact us for current lead times.

Pricing & Turnaround FAQs

No—thread color changes are included as long as they are part of the same design file and within normal production limits.

Yes. We’ll inspect customer-supplied items before stitching to confirm the fabric and construction are embroidery-friendly. If you’d like, we can also source garments for you to keep sizing and color consistent across reorders.

New designs have a one-time setup fee of $39.95. We waive the setup fee when you order 6 or more units with the same design. Reorders using the same file typically do not require another setup.

Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit on new jobs, with the balance due at pickup (or prior to shipping).
