How it works
- Bring your itemsDrop off your photos and memorabilia at our store on Westport Road, in the order you want them scanned.
- Scanned in-houseOur trained archiving staff scan each item at its original size at 300 DPI, front and back if you need it.
- Pick up your filesCollect your originals and your JPG files on a DVD, USB drive or external drive. Ask us for the current turnaround.

Common questions
What file type will I receive?
Your scans are delivered as JPG files. You can view them on a phone, computer or TV and share them online.
Do my originals leave your facility?
No. Your items stay on our property and are never shipped to a third party. All digitizing is done at our Louisville location.
Can you scan more than just photo prints?
Yes. We also scan letters, recipes, documents, certificates and artwork. For film, use our negative scanning service.
How should I prepare my items for best results?
Bring your items in the order you want them digitized. Our prep guide has more tips, and you can contact us with any questions.
Do you scan copyrighted photos?
Not without written permission. We do not scan work that is clearly copyrighted unless the photographer or creator has given written permission.
