Shipping & Pickup

At TS Photo, LLC (DBA: The Print Refinery Louisville East), we aim to process and ship your order quickly while ensuring every product meets our quality standards. Most orders are completed in 1–5 business days depending on the product type, quantity, and finishing options. You’ll receive a notification by email and/or text message once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for all orders at our Louisville East store during regular business hours. Once your order is complete, we’ll notify you that it’s ready for pickup.

Rush Services

If you need your order faster, we offer two rush options when production capacity allows:

  • Priority Rush (50% fee): Your order is moved to the front of the production line for earliest completion.
  • Same-Day Rush (100% fee): Must be verified by phone before ordering to confirm availability. Only select products qualify.

Production & Shipping Timeframes

Production times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude holidays. We ship as soon as your order is complete. Delivery times depend on carrier schedules and destination distance.

* During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may extend slightly. We recommend placing gift orders early.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind our craftsmanship and the quality of our prints and products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right — whether that means remaking the item or issuing a refund.

  • Remakes: If the product isn’t as expected, we’ll happily remake it to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund instead of a remake, we’ll process it promptly using your original payment method.
  • Returns: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issue. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • Refunds for credit card purchases may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account statement.

Minor variations in color, brightness, or cropping due to screen calibration and material differences are normal and not considered defects.
