- Bring them inDrop off your items at our store on Westport Road. They stay in our care the whole time.
- Scanned or photographedItems up to 11 x 17 in go on our flatbed, and larger images can be stitched together. Fine art and large pieces are photographed in our studio.
- Get your filesReceive JPG or PDF files on USB, CD or external drive, and your originals back.

Common questions
What types of items can you scan?
Delicate photos, scrapbook pages, fine art, oversized documents, newspapers, x-rays and other items that will not fit a standard scanner.
How do you scan large items?
Our flatbed scans items up to 11 x 17 in. Larger images can be stitched together for an extra fee. Fine art, large pieces, x-rays and renderings are photographed in our studio with color matching.
How do you handle delicate or historic items?
We use non-destructive methods. Items are handled with gloves and proper support, and we never use adhesives.
Can you remove photos from albums?
Yes. We can carefully remove photos when needed, and scan whole pages or individual photos, whichever you prefer.
Do my originals leave your Louisville location?
No. All specialty scanning is done locally, and your originals are returned once the work is complete.
What format will my files be delivered in?
Usually JPG or PDF, depending on the item. We can save them to a USB drive, CD, external drive or other storage on request.
