Purchase the box for yourself or a loved one. Inside, find instructions and tips to guide you through the sorting and gathering process.

STEP 2: FILL THE BOX
Fill it with memorabilia, photos, slides and home movies, then drop it off at our Louisville store. If you have things that won’t fit in the box, bring them along so we can address those items separately.

STEP 3: MAGIC!
Return to find that everything in your box has been transformed into digital format—ready to share with family (or keep safely backed up).

Most customers start with loose photo prints and small paper memorabilia. You can also include notes about dates, names, or the order you want items scanned. If you’re unsure, drop by our Louisville store and we’ll help you decide what belongs in the box vs. what should be handled as a specialty item.

Yes. Your originals are handled by our trained archiving team and remain local—no outsourcing and no shipping your one-of-a-kind memories away. Everything is returned to you after the project is complete.

Totally normal. The Gather Box is simply a place to begin. Oversized items, albums, framed pieces, slides, negatives, and home movies can be added to the same order. Additional fees may apply, and we’ll provide a clear estimate before work begins.

Bring items in the order you want them scanned. If you want to preserve a timeline (by year, family branch, or event), add simple notes on paper (avoid sticky notes directly on photos). If you bring in a physical mess, you’ll get back a digital mess—organization helps.

We can deliver your files to a USB drive, external hard drive, or other delivery options depending on your project. If you have questions about the best option for your family, contact us and we’ll recommend the easiest setup.
