Sheet width
Every transfer prints on 36 inch wide film. The width is fixed. You choose the length.
Length
Order any length in whole inches starting at 1 inch. Enter the total linear inches you need and the rate per inch drops automatically as the order grows.
Gang sheet or single image
A gang sheet holds as many images as you can fit inside the 36 inch width. Send one file laid out the way you want it printed, or send your images separately and we will arrange them on the sheet.

If you would rather not lay out the sheet yourself, send us the artwork and we will gang it for you.
Heat press application
Add DTF application at $1.25 per location and we will press the transfers onto your garments. Drop the garments off or ship them to us.

Free local pickup in Louisville. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
DTF transfers are priced by the linear inch on 36 inch wide film. Fit as many images as you like across the full 36 inch width at no extra charge. You only pay for length.

The rate applies to every inch in the order, not just the inches above the break. A sheet 36 inches wide by 24 inches tall is 24 linear inches, billed at $2.00 per inch for a total of $48.00.

Direct to Film transfers printed in full color on 36 inch wide film, ready to heat press onto cotton, polyester, blends, canvas and most coated hard surfaces. No weeding, no color limits, no minimum quantity.
How it is priced
You are buying length on a 36 inch wide roll. Price is per linear inch, so a sheet 36 inches wide by 12 inches tall is 12 linear inches. Gang as many images as you can fit across the full width at no extra charge. The more inches you order, the lower your rate per inch.
Artwork requirements
- 300 DPI at final print size
- PNG with a transparent background gives the best result. PDF, TIFF, PSD, AI and SVG are also accepted
- Keep artwork at least a quarter inch inside the edge of the sheet
- Anything white in your file prints white. Remove the background if you do not want it on the garment
- Leave a small gap between images so they can be cut apart cleanly
Applying your transfer
Press settings vary by garment and fabric. Written settings for the film we print on are included with every order. If you would rather we press them for you, add DTF application at checkout and we will apply your transfers at $1.25 per location.
Turnaround
Most DTF orders ship or are ready for pickup within 1 to 5 business days. Local pickup is free.
