How do I get my scans?
When your order is ready we send two emails. The first says the order is complete, and the second has the download link for your digital images.
What does shipping to Georgetown cost?
Orders under $25 ship USPS Ground Advantage for $4.99. Orders of $25 and up ship UPS Ground for $12.00. Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days.
Can I drop off in person?
Yes. Our store is at 9451 Westport Road, Suite 119, Louisville, KY 40241. We are open Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm, and closed on Sunday.
