How long does my order take?
Most orders are completed in 1 to 5 business days, depending on the product, quantity and finishing. We let you know by email or text as soon as it is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes, and pickup is free. Collect your order at our Louisville East store, 9451 Westport Road, Suite 119, Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm.
How much is shipping?
Orders under $25 ship by USPS Ground Advantage for $4.99. Orders of $25 and up ship by UPS Ground for $12.00.
I need it faster. Can you rush it?
Priority Rush (a 50% fee) moves your order to the front of the line. Same-Day Rush (a 100% fee) is available on select products when we have capacity. Call (502) 339-1999 before ordering to confirm same-day.
Which photos work best?
Use the original photo, straight from your phone or camera, not a screenshot or a photo sent through a messaging app. Bigger prints need bigger files; our resolution guide shows what works for each size.
Can you help me design it?
Yes. Stop by the store or give us a call and a real person will help you choose a product, a size and a layout. Custom design work is quoted per project before we start.
What if I am not happy with it?
We will make it right with a remake or a refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Do you do gifts in bulk for a business?
Yes. Send us your logo and the quantities you need, or call (502) 339-1999, and we will put together a quote.
