We are looking to add a rock star to our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, accuracy and communication. This role requires someone that is versatile and driven.

Location: 9451 Westport Road, Suite #119 Louisville, KY 40241

Customer Service Rock Star: Collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a unique story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience.

Examples of how you will assist clients include:

• Help guest make photographic prints from images on their mobile device.
• Take-in orders for film processing, digitizing video tapes and restoring damaged old photos.
• Assist guests with creating large prints, wall décor and creative product orders.

Production Guru:

• Learn print production techniques, along with various other lab and creative tasks.
• Use photo management and editing software to prepare files and execute pre-printing steps.
• Support the production management team with product creation, packaging and quality control.

You Are:

• Proactive to a fault. You are a card-carrying member of the “Get Stuff Done” Club.
• A happy “people-person”. Positive attitude required.
• With Mad “Rock Star Level”.

Skills:

• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printing, design and/or photography is preferred.
• Bonus skill: Adobe Photoshop experience.
