Before you order for the holidays.
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by December 20 to have your gifts in time for Christmas, whether we ship them or you pick them up free at our Westport Road store. Running late? Call us at (502) 339-1999 and we will tell you what we can still make in time.
Do holiday cards come with envelopes?
Yes. Our holiday cards come with envelopes, and we can print your return address on them to match.
Will December be busier?
Yes. During the peak holiday season production and shipping can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering gifts early.
How long does my order take?
Most orders are completed in 1 to 5 business days, depending on the product, quantity and finishing. We let you know by email or text as soon as it is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes, and pickup is free. Collect your order at our Louisville East store, 9451 Westport Road, Suite 119, Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm.
I need it faster. Can you rush it?
Priority Rush (a 50% fee) moves your order to the front of the line. Same-Day Rush (a 100% fee) is available on select products when we have capacity. Call (502) 339-1999 before ordering to confirm same-day.
Can you help me design it?
Yes. Stop by the store or give us a call and a real person will help you choose a product, a size and a layout. Custom design work is quoted per project before we start.
What if I am not happy with it?
We will make it right with a remake or a refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
